Dispatch Speed

Most orders ship the next business day, depending on product availability and the time the order is placed. Sunday delivery isn’t available.

Shipping Costs & Methods

• Free standard shipping on orders of $19.99+ (before taxes & discounts).
• Orders under $19.99: shipping is paid by the customer and calculated at checkout based on method, weight, and destination.
• You’ll see available methods and costs during checkout.

Taxes & Duties

Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout. For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties and import fees.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated arrival dates appear on product pages and at checkout after you enter your shipping address or ZIP code. Some items may require additional processing time, which will be reflected in the estimate. If a package does not arrive, please contact us within the return/exchange window.

PO Boxes

Certain items may not ship to PO boxes due to size/weight or carrier restrictions, or may experience delays. If a PO box is entered for an ineligible item, we’ll prompt you to choose an alternative address.

Title & Risk of Loss

All purchases are shipped under a destination contract. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the carrier delivers the order to the address provided. Richie’s Growth Market is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
